All workshops are meant to be interesting and fun. We hope you will be fully engaged as you explore creative photography in a relaxed environment with a small group of similar minded people. The workshop doesn't focus on technical aspects of photography, and is therefore suitable for both enthusiasts and beginners alike.

What to expect:

Learn how your viewfinder can introduce you to the world from a new perspective; how the photograph can help you make sense of your place in the world; and how your relationship with the world and other people can be explored through the art of photography and image making.

We highlight the importance of what takes place either side, rather than inside, the camera: the relationship between the photographer and the subject.

You can use this course as a taster-session for our extended workshops and gain an idea of the kind of skills you will learn. Or you can just have it as a one-off creative experience!
This course is for you if:
  • You would like to be more creative
  • You enjoy learning new things in a practical way
  • You like exploring ideas and discovering new ways of thinking
